The holidays of February are already far and those of Easter in a few weeks. A capricious weather sometimes lets us dream of sunnier destinations. I have the remedy you need: a culinary journey! And we are spoiled for choice here in Niort.

Direction regional specialties.
Let's start with Brittany. A pancake has something comforting! The creperies Sainte Marthe "I love that", Sweet Salty or Little Bretons will delight you.
For those who like the most invigorating dishes, go to Alsace. Flammekueche, sauerkraut, hock. It's at the Relais d'Alsace that you have to go to find them!

The Island of Beauty is on your doorstep, pushing the restaurant L'Ecorce. Charcuteries, cheeses ... everything is there to make you leave the continent, the time of a meal.
